“Meet Ya There”
4Seasons West at Lake Perris, Moreno Valley
October 21-23, 2011
Well, I will have to give prop’s to 4 Seasons West Ski Club Camp and Ride weekend. Their numbers were great; 50 adults and 30 youth, with a couple of dogs along with a couple of vehicle engine breakdowns (two vehicles were towed in on flatbeds and set in their parking space) on Friday, October 21 to braving the traffic and arrived at Lake Perris RV section of the campgrounds to pitch a tent and plug in the microwave.

I teamed up with some members from Winter Fox ski club, but for the most part the campground was virtually empty, except for a couple of RV’s that you had to use your binoculars to see them. I walked the perimeter of our camping section for an early morning walk Sat. morning and was only met by the raccoon family and a skunk out looking for breakfast in the empty trash cans. Poor critters would have starved this weekend, if it had not been for the 4SW.
4SW President, D.J. invited SBSC and WinterFox to participate in all festivities. Trip Coordinators provided all meals, happy hours, movies (youth screen and adult screen), a scavenger hunt for the kids, bike ride for all ages, pumpkin carving, Halloween decorating your canopy, cards and dominoes. I put a full boat on the smooth as glass water. I thoroughly enjoyed not having to “boat” for the other guy. Meaning I didn’t have to look out for other jet skii’s or boats on the water since there were only a handful out and about. Yay!
Thank you 4SW, I am definitely coming out next year – SnowBusters, Who’s with me?
